Dr. Alina Lazar

Dr. Alina Lazar has her own dental practice since 2001 in Germany . She has a specialisation in implantology since 2007 and in aesthetic dentistry since 2012. In 2013 she got her Certification for Inman Aligner and Digital Smile Design. In 2016 she published her first article in Dental Tribune International 3.2016. In 2017 she became a certified member for European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry and also Country Chairperson for Germany, as well as a ClearSmile Inman Aligner Clinical Instructor by IAS Academy London. From September 2018 she is chairperson for International Affairs at ESCD Expanded Executive Committee. She participated in several conferences with her lecture: Make it easy – A Concept in Aesthetic Dentistry!

Dr. Florin Lazarescu

Dr. Florin Lazarescu is the President of the European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry (ESCD) and a founder member of the Society of Esthetic Dentistry in Romania (SSER), the most important dental society in Romania. Dr. Lazarescu is editor in chief of Cosmetic Dentistry Romania Magazine , Dental Tribune International website and Today Newspaper. He is the author of noumerous publications on issues surrounding dentistry and he is editor and author of the book “ Imerssion in esthetic dentistry” published and distributed in Romania in 10.000 copies. In 2015 Quintessence Intl. published Dr. Lazarescu’s volume “Comprehensive Esthetic Dentistry” in english. He holds two of the most importants Dental Clinics in Bucharest. His practice is an esthetically bassed one, with an accent on all-ceramic and implant restorative procedures and esthetic dentistry

Dr. Luca Dalloca

Dr. Dalloca has received his dental degree from Tufts University Boston, and from the university of Pavia (Italy). . He has been trained in advanced education in prosthodontics at U.C.L.A. He has also a C.D.T. certificate from the dental technology institute in Orange California and from the school of Dental Technology Casati of Milan (Italy). He was a Professor at the European Master in Aesthetic and restorative Dentistry at the Manchester University and He is Visiting Professor at the post graduate program in oral rehabilitation at the UNIBE University (Ibero americana) of Santo Domingo. He has been Visiting Professor at the Postgraduate Program in Restorative Dentistry at the department of Oral Science of the University of Siena; He also teaches at the Micro-invasive aesthetic dentistry master of the University of Geneva. Authors of several International aesthetics articles. He is an International speaker since 1993. He works in private practice as a prosthodontist in Mendrisio, Milan, and Arcore.

Since 1996 he belongs to the Oral Design group headed by Willy Geller. He is Fellow, certified member and Past President of the ESCD (European Society of Cosmetic Dentistry, www.escdonline.eu) fellow of the IADFE (International Academy of Dental and Facial aesthetics and member of many prestigious international Associations.

Dr. Raghu Puttaiah

Dr. Puttaiah, a dentist, completed an MPH and Residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham and was the first recipient of the Johnson Johnson Medical Inc. Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Infectious Disease Control in Dentistry Award at UTHSC-SA Dental. He is a retired tenured Professor in Public Health Sciences at Texas AM College of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas, USA in 2019. Dr. Puttaiah has developed all his training materials, some of which are being used by other trainers within the United States and Worldwide. He also crafted the Dental Safety Standards for India which was released by the Hon. Prime Minister of India. He has helped the Russian Federation formulate Dental Safety Standards. He has conducted over 130 research projects funded by industry and NIH/NIDCR SBIR Grants, presented over 130 original research abstracts and published book chapters(7), research papers (32), review papers, and regular columns on Dental Infection Control. He is an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of the American Dental Association, Journal of Dental Education among many, is the Editor-At-Large for the Journal of Contemporary Dental Practice, and a grant reviewer for HRSA and PCORI. He has been a consultant for over 25 dental industries. Dr. Puttaiah has been an invited/keynote speaker on dental infection control and safety in the United States, India, Mexico, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Russia, Italy, Jamaica, China and the Middle-East. He has developed comprehensive and practical programs on Dental Infection Control, OSHA and HIPAA for dental offices. He is a Fellow/Scientific Director for Infection Control and Safety at the International College of Dentists (ICD) and provides Infection Control Antimicrobial Stewardship Training to ICD Fellows worldwide. He is also an adjunct professor at Coorg Institute of Dental Sciences in India. His role in this effort is in providing meaningful and applications-based training programs in Infection Control, OSHA HIPAA for the Dental Team.

Dr. Uche Odiatu

Dr. Uche Odiatu is the author of The Miracle of Health, a professional member of the American College of Sports Medicine, and a practicing dentist in Toronto. This busy dad of four is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and has lectured in England, Canada, the USA, the Bahamas, Denmark, Bermuda, and Norway.

Dr. Stephen M. Miller

Dr. Stephen M. Miller, founder of the Miller Center for Comprehensive Dentistry, has been in private practice for 40 years and is among 400 US General Dentists to have earned the Academy of General Dentistry Fellowship (FAGD), Mastership (MAGD), and Lifetime Learning and Service Recognition (LLSR) – designations reserved for those dentists who exhibit a profound commitment to continuing education, outstanding technical proficiency, and superior patient outcomes.

Dr. Anthony Mak

Dr. Anthony Mak graduated with multiple awards from the University of Sydney in 2002. He then went on to complete his Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry (Oral Implants).

Dr. Mak is one of Australia’s most sought-after speakers, especially in the field of digital and restorative dentistry. He has lectured extensively in Australia, New Zealand, and across Asia, and his hands-on workshops have gained such popularity that they are almost always booked out soon after registrations open. He is also gaining great popularity on the European and US circuit.

Dr. Pereira da Silva

Dr. Pereira da Silva got is DMD degree at Universidade de Coimbra,Portugal. He is a clinical associate professor in the Department of Periodontology and Prosthodontics at the University of Seville School of Dentistry, where he also completed his Ph.D. degree. Additionally, he is a visiting professor at several Spanish Universities (Universidad Europea de Madrid, Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and Universidad Internacional de Andalucia) and at New York University College of Dentistry. Dr. Rick Ferguson

Dr. Rick Ferguson has been involved in teaching implant dentistry for the last 20 years and has lectured in every major city in the United States as well as internationally. These lecture topics have included treatment planning, case selection, simple and complex surgical placement, and restoration, advanced bone grafting and bone graft materials, use of Computed Tomography and surgical guides, hygienic maintenance, management of complications and failures.
